Midday Health Cocktail

I love making my midday health cocktail!! It’s becoming my routine. It is so refreshing, uplifting, and loaded with goodies! Hot pepper will raise your core temperature and warm up your ❤️ 
For a few bucks, you can have an everyday supply for weeks. It takes few minutes to make. No Excuses!


Ingredients:

1 lemon

1 orange

(Grapefruit, Lime optional) 

Grated fresh ginger root, 1 tsp

Hot pepper flakes 

Cup of water 

Citrus fruits are loaded with vitamin C, flavonoids, and fiber. They aid to vascular protection, help reduce inflammation, improve gastrointestinal function and health, and play an important role in preventing conditions like diabetes, cancer, neurological disease.

Ginger- powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, lowering blood sugar and cholesterol, anti cancer system health, helps pain management and reduces inflammation.

Hot pepper flakes are rich in Vitamins A, C, B-6, E, magnesium, iron and potassium.
