Focaccia- Olive Oil Bread 🥖

Foccacia ( Olive Oil Bread)

If you don’t like bread you are not human ðŸ˜‚

Personally, I am sucker for freshly-baked bread, and I feel in America that’s one thing that I always miss! In Serbia- we had fresh bread daily from local bakeries, often still warm and newly-baked if you are an early bird. I never had bagged bread until I got to America. To this day it’s one of my pet peeves.

I love making my own- and I always say- bread never lies- it usually reflect the state of your being. When I’m in great spirits my breads turn out great- when I’m not- my dough won’t rise.

Out of all breads I make this Is our absolutely favorite bread! Whoever comes over usually asks if I will make one! It’s is so simple to make, and honestly it satisfies your soul- the smell, the texture, the flavor! I love sharing things we love to do, read, cook - so here it is!
